Higdon Floating Flasher 2

Higdon has designed this decoy for the hunter. Twist-lock base system keeps the decoy from coming apart while carrying it in and out of the field or picking it up out of the water. The wing only goes on one way so wings will not twist within the wing shaft socket. Foam-Filled decoy base makes the decoy virtually unsinkable and includes an optional anti-flipping system to keep from blowing over in high winds. A removable weight on the wing connector allows the white side of the wing to face down when turned off... which is especially crucial when used with our optional on/off timer and remote (not included). Charger & 6V battery included.
